Comparing AirBnB, Marriott, Vrbo and Vacasa on charges

Recently while booking a short term rental in Washington, I checked the same property on multiple sites to see which was giving the best rate. Following are screenshots of each provider's rates for the same property to give you an idea on how each might rate the same property.

As you can see, each listing has a different price with Vacasa being the cheapest. There is also the option to book Vacasa rental with Wyndham points which can give you a good value for points, although not as great as before.
