Bilt - Wells Fargo partnership to end
Bilt has announced that its partnership is ending with Wells Fargo in an email. It is reported that it is Wells Fargo that has decided to end the partnership early next year than the contractual end date of 2029 due to near $10 million in losses per month servicing the Bilt card. The Bilt card launched in March 2022 and became popular for rewarding rent-payments with its card, reportedly reaching 1 million accounts within 18 months. Bilt has announced a new partner in Cardless and plans to move all the current credit card customers over in Feb 2026, a move which will be transparent to the users.
